*We will be having staggered start for Kindergarten through second grade. Your child's first day will be either Wed. 9/5 or Thurs. 9/6 and all students on Fri. 9/7.
*Classes 3rd/4th and 4th/5th will not have staggered start, your child's first day will be Wed. 9/5.
Letters will be sent home closer to the end of August to inform you which day is your child's first day.

The office will be open Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm, but will close for a lunch break.
This is a great time to register your child before the new school year begins!

We request that parents allow us to provide supplies to your child through their classroom teacher. These materials include regular school supplies as well as the curricula consumable materials used in special classroom projects and art projects throughout the school year that are not available for you to purchase on your own.
All classroom supplies are put in community boxes to be shared. This way we avoid the upset child whose personal crayons, etc. come up missing. (For parents who enjoy the supply shopping with their child, we encourage you to set up a homework center with all the special, fun items you purchase together.)
We would like all families to participate in our program so that each child can access all the needed materials to make their school experience a great success!
The cost per classroom is as follows:
• K-4 grades $25 per student
• 5th grade $30 per student*
* Note: This amount includes a binder and student planner.
Payment is due by September 14th. Checks can be made payable to Latham Student Body.
Just a reminder, if you have an incoming Kindergarten student they will attend school on a half day basis through 9/5-9/21. On Monday, Sept. 24, 2018 they will switch to full days.
