Latham School is Closed

As of June 26th, 2019 Latham will be closed. If you are needing to request records for an incoming student, please call the South Lane School District Office (541) 942-3381 to get information.

Unpaid fines/fees

Please make sure that your child/student doesn't have an outstanding cafeteria balance or a missing library book. Fines and fees that are not paid will result in a withheld report card until paid. Please make payments at the District Office during their building hours.

Kids Eat Free This Summer!

The Summer Food Program offers free meals to children & youth ages 2-18. All sites will run June 24-August 16. The program will be closed on July 4th.

Lunches are first come, first serve. Children ages 1 to 2 may eat when accompanied by a responsible adult. All food must be eaten on site.

Summer resources for students & families -- food, clothes, emergency shelter, housing, case management support.

Looking Glass (for youth ages 11-21): Free, hot breakfast (8:30-9:30am) & lunch (12-4pm), clothes, shoes. Staff are amazing and can help youth with pretty much anything they need (e.g. apply for food stamps, get on health insurance, apply for jobs, etc).

They have a 24/7 youth crisis line (541-689-3111 - call/text) if youth need someone to talk to. They also have a youth shelter in Eugene for youth under age 18. Call/text the crisis line to get into the shelter, or just show up (931 W 7th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402).

Summer Food Program: There are four places in town for youth under age 18 to get free breakfast and lunch Monday-Friday.

Community Sharing: Laundry vouchers, energy assistance, housing vouchers, clothes, and a food pantry. 1440 Birch Avenue, Cottage Grove. Hours: 11-3:30. On Thursdays and Fridays they have a Spanish-speaking employee on site.
